As always, our speaker application process is now open for all to apply. Just like in past years, we’re looking for speakers with novel, insightful and actionable ideas, applicable to a diverse group of over 10,000 researchers.

We can’t wait to come together as a community again this June!

Thinking about applying to speak at UXRConf? You should. We encourage everyone, especially first-time speakers, to put forward their best ideas.

Speaker applications close on Monday February 27 at 11:59pm EST.

Quick Facts

Here are some things you should know before applying to speak at UXRConf:

A fast and efficient way to submit your speaker application. Skip the writing altogether and apply with a short video summarizing your talk proposal through the Learners mobile app.

Create an account and navigate to Q&A

Record a short video response to ”My UXRConf Talk Proposal”

Upload to Learners!

While the Learners mobile app will be a core part of the UXRConf experience this year, our team will also be accepting speaker applications through Google Form.

Complete all text fields on the speaker application form

Record a short video and drop the public link in the speaker application form

Hit submit!

Parts of UXRConf 23 will be pre-recorded this year. Instead of shipping film equipment across the world, our team will be hosting two film days late April or early May in Toronto, Canada.

Want to attend? Though tickets are extremely limited, you can join our live studio audience one of four ways.
